well unfortunately,when i worked there they had no idea what was going into that space,and the last time i was there,there was nothing even on the doors or antyhin to say what would be coming there.and u know ya right...thayer street is now sad to say turning into more of a mall....the little shops r going out of business b/c they cant afford the high rent,and the big companies r buying them out.i remember how cool thayer street was back in the day with the lil funky shops.and although there r still a few places open it makes me wonder how long they will be there for b4 they too get replaced with a starbucks or urban outfitters or gap...or worse...dare i say it? walmart! gah!...its kinda sad to think the best days of my teenage years were spent on that street,and how by the time i have kids thayer [probably wont be like it was for us.
